Write to usSend a useful note
Include the page address, a short description of your question, and the details that would help us understand it. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or identity documents in an ordinary email.
Editorial questions and corrections
If a guide contains an error or an unclear explanation, include its title or address and tell us what needs attention. For a question about a plant, the plant name, window direction, pot type, and a brief description of your routine are more useful than a single symptom. We cannot inspect growing conditions remotely or guarantee an individual result.
Privacy requests
Use the subject line “Privacy request” and describe what you would like us to do. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm that a request concerns your own data. Read our Privacy Policy for details about information handling and applicable rights.
Permissions and commercial enquiries
For reuse of text or imagery, describe the material, the intended use, and where it would appear. For an advertising enquiry, state the organization and proposal clearly. An enquiry does not create a commercial agreement or editorial endorsement.
Accessibility and website issues
If a page is difficult to read or a link does not work, please include the address, device type, and browser name. You can contact us without registering for an account. The email link opens your own email application; this website does not submit a contact form or upload attachments.
